Prime Time Driving School was founded in 1998 by Joseph and Patricia Borzellino. Joseph had recently retired from the Philadelphia Police Force and then worked for many years as a Driving Examiner for Penn Dot in Dublin, PA. Patty and Joe were eager to help teach people to drive safer, since both had seen many accidents working as an ER nurse and a Philadelphia police officer. Joseph has recently passed away but their son, Michael has taken over. However, Patty still gives lessons on request. Raised in Chalfont, he graduated from C. B. West and runs the business with his fiance Jennifer, pictured below. He also has a pilot’s license through Comair Aviation Academy and experience teaching people to fly as a certified flight instructor.
